ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Our Commitment

Mega Music is committed to making the IMPACT website and its educational resources accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

This statement applies to www.mega-music-publisher.com and to digital resources supplied through the website.

2. Accessibility Measures

As part of our continuing work, we aim to:

  • use clear headings and a consistent page structure;

  • provide readable text with sufficient colour contrast;

  • support keyboard navigation wherever the website platform allows;

  • add alternative text to meaningful images;

  • use descriptive wording for links and buttons;

  • provide captions, transcripts or written explanations for audiovisual content where reasonably practicable;

  • design downloadable materials with clear fonts, spacing and organisation;

  • review the website using the accessibility tools provided by Wix; and

  • correct identified accessibility problems whenever reasonably possible.

3. Current Accessibility Status

The website has not yet undergone a formal independent accessibility audit. Mega Music therefore does not claim full conformity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we intend to review and improve the website and its resources as they continue to develop.

4. Known Limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible. Possible limitations include:

  • PDF worksheets, scores and instrument books that may not be fully compatible with screen readers;

  • musical notation that cannot be communicated completely through ordinary alternative text;

  • older images that may not yet contain detailed alternative descriptions;

  • audio or video materials that may not yet include captions or transcripts; and

  • content provided through third-party services, such as YouTube, Google Drive or external websites, whose accessibility is outside our direct control.

We are working to identify and address these limitations where reasonably possible.

5. Accessible Educational Materials

Music notation, ensemble scores, recordings and practical performance materials can present particular accessibility challenges. Where possible, Mega Music will consider reasonable alternative formats or supporting explanations according to the needs of the user.

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased resource, please contact us. We will try to provide appropriate assistance or a reasonable alternative format, where practicable and where copyright and licensing arrangements permit.

6. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the IMPACT website and resources.

If you encounter an accessibility problem, please tell us:

  • which page or resource you were trying to access;

  • what difficulty you experienced;

  • which device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant; and

  • how you would prefer us to respond.

Email: info@mega-music-publishing.com

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within ten working days.

7. Review of This Statement

This Accessibility Statement will be reviewed as the website, technology and IMPACT resources continue to develop. It may be updated when new accessibility measures are introduced or when relevant requirements change.
