Role of Mentors in IMPACT

Mentors in the IMPACT program go beyond the traditional teaching role, acting as guides who integrate technical instruction with artistic expression, cultural understanding, and music history. These mentors are skilled musicians who participate directly in performances and provide students with immersive, hands-on experiences that elevate their learning. By fostering an environment of exploration, mentors help students connect deeply with music.

Role of Peer Mentors

Peer mentors, often advanced students, are central to the success of the IMPACT program.
