IMPACT Educational Resources

Access to IMPACT resources does not transfer ownership of the material.

Schools, teachers and students who receive authorised access are granted permission to use the resources for the agreed educational purpose and within the terms of their access or licence.

 

Unless specifically authorised in writing, IMPACT materials may not be:

• resold or commercially redistributed

• uploaded to public websites or file-sharing platforms

• shared outside the licensed school, department or individual account

• reproduced as another commercial educational product

• altered and republished under another name

• provided to third parties as downloadable resource collections

eachers may adapt editable resources for legitimate classroom use within their authorised school access where this is expressly permitted.

School Access Licensing

 

IMPACT KS3 School Access is intended for use within the purchasing or licensed school.

The precise number of teachers, students, departments or campuses covered may depend on the licence or agreement arranged with the school.

 

Resources supplied through School Access remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders and are provided for educational use rather than ownership or unrestricted redistribution.

 

Music, Scores & Repertoire

Mega Music Musikverlag und Musikschule is registered with GEMA in Germany.

Where IMPACT contains original musical works owned or controlled by Mega Music or the relevant composer, those works remain protected by copyright and applicable music rights.

Where third-party musical works are referenced, the copyright remains with the respective composers, lyricists, publishers and other rights holders.

No claim of ownership is made over third-party works.
